TUES 5/21• 6PM

how to be on your phone and not hate everything: a critical, community dialogue around phones, apps, and social media platforms

The work we do has increasingly crept into personal spaces, leaving us all wondering if work-life balance can really exist. This is felt especially hard for those of us whose work takes place exclusively on our phones. Join us for a workshop examining the phone as an environment we live and work within and our relationships to the social media platforms we use increasingly in both our personal and professional lives.

KINSHIP May (IG Promo).jpg

SAT 5/25•8PM

KINSHIP is a safe space for young, queer artists (prioritizing those of color) to gather and showcase their art. Especially since most shows and venues in Chicago are 21+. Every show we curate a new lineup and ask our performers to respond to a theme through whatever art form they’d like. This month's theme is NEW BEGINNINGS.

Join us for an evening of singing, drag, dancing, and spoken word all by QUEER POC!
